Stock Management Assistant Internship – September 2025

In the Chanel Boutique in Brussels, you will assist the stock manager and support the store's operations.

The internship focuses on the following tasks :

Daily Support for Inventory Management :

Receipt of merchandise and individual quality control of products
Restockinginventory
Organizing incoming and outgoing transfers between stores
Organizing and maintaining physical and digital inventory
Organizing and participating in cycle counts
Monitoring and controllingreservations

In-Store Activity :

Depending on customer traffic, peak activity times in the store, or the absence of a team member, you may be required to assist in the back office or on the sales floor :

Supporting sales advisors (welcoming customers, gift-wrapping, after-sales service)

Optimizinginventory

Preparing events and customer gifts

Conducting analyses related to inventory or the store

Profile

Rigor, adaptability, initiative, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills are key to succeeding in this role.

French, English, and Flemish are spoken in the store.

The internship will be conducted in uniform while on-site.
