Business Controller - Brussels - Pharma

As a (Junior) Business Controller, you play a key role in supporting the company's financial decision-making . Reporting directly to the Controlling Manager , you are responsible for analyzing data , preparing reports , and identifying trends , opportunities , and risks .

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making
• Develop, monitor, and challenge budgets and forecasts
• Support financial planning and performance tracking
• Identify and propose process improvements and cost efficiencies
• Act as a business partner to internal departments , providing financial insights and advice
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to align business and financial objectives
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Report variances and provide clear recommendations to management
• A degree in Finance , Economics , Business Administration or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Fluency in Dutch and / or French , and strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and hands-on attitude
• Good knowledge of Excel ; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams
• Interest in developing a career in controlling within an international environment
