Job description

Amaris Consulting is seeking a senior and results-oriented IT Project Manager with over 7 years of experience to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional digital and functional projects across diverse sectors such as banking, insurance, public services, and industry. You’ll play a strategic role in ensuring successful project delivery while aligning business needs with innovative technical solutions.

Your Responsibilities :

• Drive the full project lifecycle for large-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives—from initiation to delivery and post-go-live support
• Shape project strategy, define scope, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and facilitator
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, including internal resources and third-party vendors
• Develop and manage complex project plans, including budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation strategies
• Lead governance structures : facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive reporting
• Ensure high-quality delivery through involvement in testing, change management, UAT, and production rollout
• Manage project risks, interdependencies, and escalations, ensuring timely corrective actions
• Promote continuous improvement, agile best practices, and knowledge sharing within the organization
