Our client is seeking a Senior Business Controller to support the CFO as a strategic finance partner.
This high-impact role blends financial leadership with cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, commercial, and R&D teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Partner with department heads to support decision-making
- Analyze variances and assess financial impact
- Develop KPIs and dashboards for internal and external reporting
- Conduct scenario analysis and ROI evaluations
- Monitor margins and drive cost control by segment, client, and product
- Oversee cost allocation in line with accounting standards
- Support financial tracking of long-term projects
- Improve ERP systems and financial processes
- Mentor junior team members
- Align with accounting on monthly closings and reporting
