Functieomschrijving

• Ensure optimal functioning of tools, systems, and networks with the Infrastructure team.
• Handle incidents ( Level 1 & 2 ) and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Support and participate in several IT projects on group level
• Ensure data integrity, backup, and access management.
• Monitor and analyze system performance.
• Manage infrastructure access rights and diagnose malfunctions.
• Coordinate with external experts for incident resolution.
• Automate, document, and streamline recurring tasks.
• Maintain an up-to-date IT inventory.
• Oversee onboarding and computer renewals for employees.
