Recruit, motivate and lead a high-performing team. Fostering a positive work culture, encouraging teamwork and passion for the company's vision. Prioritize exceptional guest experiences & satisfaction and develop strong relations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the hospitality / hotel industry. Proven track record of successfully managing operations and achieving customers’ expectations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Trendy and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for health and wellness. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Very good level of English & French.

- We are seeking a dynamic and innovative General Manager to lead a state-of-the-art lifestyle hub offering an exciting and vibrant destination for their guests.
- As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the club, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and effective daily operations.
- Looking for a trendsetting leader who brings experience from the hospitality / hotel industry and is passionate about delivering excellence in the fitness and lifestyle sector.
