About the Role

This position is for an Outbound Business Development Professional to drive growth through proactive outreach, generate new leads, and create demand across the European market.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting with companies, understanding their needs, and presenting innovative solutions to digitize their operations.

You will engage in daily interactions with key decision-makers to build your network, qualify leads, pitch products, and solve problems. Your goal is to build lasting relationships and help businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation : research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, industry events, and utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle : conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers, qualify their business needs & processes, provide potential customers with a tailored demonstration of Odoo, and handle the closing of deals.
  • Develop relationships and build trust with clients.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build your professional network.
  • Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to drive growth and revenue.

  • Strong business knowledge and sales skills.
  • Languages : French or Dutch + English.
