HSE Safety Support Contracting – Walloon Brabant Prevention & Worker Engagement Draft proposals and provide feedback on the PSol Health & Safety (H&S) management system Support employees in reporting hazardous situations, incidents, or accidents Risk Assessment & Compliance Assist risk assessors in conducting risk assessments upon request Consolidate and maintain the risk assessment inventory for R&D buildings Coordinate with HSE Belgium on the planning and revision of risk assessments Ensure administrative follow-up for risk assessment deployment and associated action plans Training, Communication & Documentation Participate in regular safety meetings with safety relays and BE Ops Update safety training plans based on risk assessment outcomes by role, function, or workstation Maintain and organize safety documentation on the PSol shared drive Provide guidance for clear and compliant H&S signage in work areas Change Management Maintain an up-to-date database for reception and comm...
