What you’ll be doing

Planning & Coordination : oversee daily operations and scheduling for warehouse and driver teams.

Team Leadership : m anage and support a team of packers, handlers, and warehouse staff.

Quality & Safety : ensure high standards in packing, delivery, and safety compliance.

Pocess Improvement : streamline workflows and monitor team performance by project.

Inventory Oversight : supervise stock, tools, and maintenance of equipment and vehicles

People & HR : support hiring, training, and team development initiatives.

Who you’ll work with

Internal teams – logistics coordinators, art handlers, admin staff

External partners – customs agents, transport companies, subcontractors

Clients – museums, galleries, collectors, architects, and designers
