Role Description

As a Partnership Developer, you will be the first point of contact within our partnership network. Your role involves developing our partnership network by finding and recruiting new partners. You will interact with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs of both small and large companies, revolutionizing their business operations.

The scope of Odoo's business is vast, ensuring continuous learning and opportunities to creatively solve client challenges. You'll gain comprehensive entrepreneurial knowledge to advise clients as an expert, focusing on providing value beyond sales.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators, and digital consultancies across the EMEA region interested in adopting Odoo's technology.
  • Increase Odoo's global presence by identifying and convincing suitable IT providers to collaborate, sell, and implement Odoo.
  • Understand partner profiles, challenges, pain points, and business needs to foster win-win relationships.

Requirements

  • Business knowledge and curiosity
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French or any other European language
  • Interest and / or experience in sales
  • Interest in IT and software
  • Business degree
  • Approximately 1 to 3 years of sales experience
  • Previous experience in IT or solution selling is a plus

  • Direct Sales : Working directly with SMEs
