Outside Sales - Field Account Representative

Location : Gent - Belgium

The Outside Sales - Field Account Representative is responsible for positioning TTI to be preferred with their assigned or new customers. A preferred status allows TTI to participate in all activities to create, expand and defend sales through active participation in quotes, engineering, and supply chain opportunities.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Selling company products and services to assigned customers in your sales territory
  • Developing and securing new businesses to expand the customer base and increase potential sales
  • Consulting customers and finding the best solution in our portfolio
  • Collaborating with the customer's purchasing and engineering departments on projects and designs
  • Developing strong relationships with suppliers to support end-customers' technical and commercial needs
  • Maintaining market awareness on competitor activities, industry trends and new concepts
  • Collaborating closely with TTI internal resources

What you bring to us :

  • Several years of sales experience where you have gained solid knowledge of the electronic component industry and its products and services
  • Completed professional technical and / or commercial education
  • Strong analytical and sales methodology skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills
  • As a team player, you excel with your outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional knowledge of company products, services & value proposition, with a willingness to acquire new knowledge on future focus product areas
  • Good English and excellent Dutch and French skills, as well as good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • You are willing to travel locally and have a valid Driver’s License
