Our Action Service takes care of our customers across Europe whenever one of their vehicles experiences a problem. Delivering outstanding customer service is at the heart of our operation, as we proactively work to get vehicles back on the road as quickly and smoothly as possible.

You will work in a dynamic environment with colleagues from all over the world, where your team becomes your second family. Our diverse workforce speaks 21 different languages to support our customers. We operate 24 / 7, with our department spread across three European sites Ghent (Belgium), Rugby (UK), and Bucharest (Romania) as well as a dedicated team in Johannesburg (South Africa). Everyone shares a passion for delivering the best customer experience and resolving any issues that arise.

This is the job

Our multi-lingual advisors use their language skills to support customers dealing with international breakdowns. No matter where they are in Europe, we take full ownership of the breakdown and ensure our customers enjoy peace of mind. Communication is keywe maintain regular dialogue with the repair dealer while keeping the customer updated on progress. A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving ensures our customers receive exceptional support. Teamwork and collaboration form the foundation of our business.
