We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer.
What You Will Do?
- Provide L2 production and non-production application support in a critical environment
- Coordinate and execute production deployments (runbooks, follow-ups, monitoring)
- Maintain operational documentation and ensure high-quality handovers to operations
- Monitor application and infrastructure environments (Linux / Windows / Cloud / Mainframe)
- Collaborate with development and release teams in an Agile setup
- Participate in on-call rotations (24 / 7, including weekends)
- Contribute to service continuity and business recovery planning
- Continuously improve incident / problem management processes
