  • Entry, processing, and follow-up of customer orders through to delivery and invoicing (Order to Cash).
  • Replenishment and management of consignment orders, with proactive follow-up of customer files.
  • Centralization of customer complaints, with internal consultation to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Close collaboration with various internal departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in order processing, invoicing, and delivery management
  • Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with an ERP system (such as Navision or AX) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, pragmatically, and resourcefully
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is essential
