ORGANIZATION

Must-Have Skills

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a similar role + 5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of at least two of the following disciplines :
  • Business Architecture
  • Application Architecture
  • Technical Architecture
  • Information Architecture
  • Strong communication skills (customer-oriented, management, etc.).
  • Coaching skills (project teams, etc.).
  • Experience with model-oriented approaches (UML, data modeling, process modeling).
  • Interest in Master Data Management, data quality, and data.

    • Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with PRINCE2.
  • Experience with SCRUM.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Experience with Enterprise Architect.
  • Experience in the insurance sector.

  • Risk and Cost Analysis :
  • Estimation of solution costs and alternative approaches.

  • Technical Communication Skills :
  • Ability to translate complex technical problems into clear, actionable solutions.
  • Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Sector-Specific Knowledge (Nice-to-Have) :
  • Experience in the insurance sect
