Senior Business Analyst

Languages : Dutch and English

Responsibilities :

  • Translate business strategy into actionable change initiatives to achieve strategic goals.
  • Act as a bridge between Business Line Owners and ICT services, ensuring alignment across business processes and ICT applications.
  • Lead the translation of strategic objectives into concrete projects and oversee their progress.
  • Conduct impact analyses across processes, organization, data, and application layers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop high-level IT requirements and support detailed analysis by functional analysts.
  • Manage documentation for end users, including process descriptions and training materials.
  • Support project management activities and ensure requirements are translated into technical solutions.
  • Facilitate testing, go-live processes, and provide post-go-live support with continuous improvements.
  • Coach and mentor junior business analysts.
  • Keep up-to-date with ICT and business trends, promoting best practices and enterprise architecture principles.

Profile :

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst in complex environments.
  • Deep knowledge of ICT and business process analysis methods.
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to improvements.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic, customer-focused, results-oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • Experience in people management and team motivation.
  • Proficient in Dutch, with good passive knowledge of the second national language and strong English skills.
