As an Inside Sales Representative , you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer relationships, processing orders, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. You will be the primary point of contact for our B2B customers and work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, marketing, and field sales.
Tasks :
Act as the first point of contact for existing and potential B2B clients (retailers, distributors, wholesalers).
Manage and follow up on incoming orders, queries, and product availability.
Proactively engage with customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with field sales representatives to align strategies and ensure excellent customer service.
Support marketing campaigns and promotions by informing customers and tracking results.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and prepare regular reports.
Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and clients.
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative that :
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service or account management, ideally within the FMCG sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Dutch or French (both written and spoken).
Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar).
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
