We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader - Warehouse Operations to oversee daily operations in the warehouse. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Tasks :
- Lead and manage a warehouse team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Optimize workflow processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including warehouse staff, management, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and related data.
- Identify and resolve operational issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with other teams to meet company objectives and customer expectations.
