Kronos Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent & Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic consulting firm. The ideal candidate will be tri-lingual, fluent in Dutch, French, and English, and possess a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting, ideally for consulting firms. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage the recruitment process, build strong relationships with candidates and the sales team, and contribute to the overall success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition : Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the firm.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales leads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet their requirements.
- Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and contribute to innovative strategies to attract top talent.
- Multilingual Communication : Utilize fluency in Dutch, French, and English to effectively communicate with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, including key metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a consulting firm.Language Skills : Fluency in Dutch or French, and English is essential.Technical Skills : Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed recruitment decisions.Adaptability : Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.Why Join Us :
