FunctieomschrijvingTranslate the sustainability strategy into concrete daily actions Embed sustainable practices into operations (procurement, quality, sales) Reduce environmental impact (carbon footprint, waste) Ensure regulatory compliance (CSRD, ESG, Supplier Code of Conduct) Strengthen inclusive social practices Track progress and manage sustainability KPIs 3 years of experience in operational CSR, ideally in an industrial or supply chain environment Hands-on experience with carbon footprint assessments, ESG data collection, waste management Strong communicator, able to train, raise awareness, and coordinate internally Operational, detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working independently Bilingual French / English with strong intercultural communication skills Knowledge of or interest in CSRD, GRI, or other ESG frameworks Permanent contract.
