Finance Project Manager

This client is a leading international company specializing in dredging and offshore services . Known for their quality and client-centric approach, the company excels in delivering unique and swift completion of major projects globally.

Do you have experience in project management and a desire to work on international projects ? Are you eager to join a dynamic, world-class team in an international environment?

• Oversee international projects on-site, holding ultimate financial responsibility for the site.
• International projects where you will spend 70% - 80% of your time abroad ;
• Optimize and enhance processes and systems;
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and risks ;
• Coach team members to ensure effective performance and collaboration;
• Communicate directly with controllers for accurate financial reporting;
• Negotiate with local banks and maintain close contact with subcontractors ;
• Supervise controllers and manage budget control ;
• Ensure the project remains financially aligned;
• Support in strategic planning thereby challenge action-oriented financial and operational objectives.
• Master's degree in finance or a related field;
• You must have at least 10 years of experience in the sector of dredging or off-shore services or construction and / or project management ;
• You must have at least a European nationality ;
• Broad generalist with strong project management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, work efficiently, and communicate effectively with international teams.
• Fluent in English (proficiency in Dutch is a plus)
