As our new Program Manager, you’ll be part of the Customer Solutions team. Customer Solutions helps customers master their supply chain by finding and implementing innovative solutions. We add value, bring calm to the customer’s work floor, and raise satisfaction for everyone involved.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications :

• A Master’s university degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of program or project management experience within a multinational organization or consulting environment.
• Solid, hands-on experience in supply chain planning software, with a strong affinity for IT and digital technologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of program management, including governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a problem-solving, customer-centric mindset.
• The ability to coach diverse, cross-functional teams and drive high performance in complex environments thanks to your charismatic and inspirational leadership.
• Effective communication skills when reporting to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities with clarity and focus.
• The flexibility to travel occasionally to support international project delivery and client engagement.
