Leidos Inc. is looking for a Program Management Support expert to join our project team located in Brussels, Belgium supporting NATO’s independent Programme Office for enhanced Air Command and Control (eAirC2). The selected candidate will provide technical support in implementing the mandate of the new independent Programme Office to define an AirC2 capability. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a high-profile team of international system-of-systems (SOS) subject matter experts and be a part of the engineering lifecycle from concept through delivery. This is a multi-year programme focused on data centric, model based, systems engineering practices and the injection of advanced technologies to enhance current mission capabilities..
Primary Responsibilities.
- Coordinate activities necessary for the effective execution of program management tasks
Create and administer the Programme schedule
Responsible for all aspects of creating a maintaining an Integrated Master ScheduleStrong MS Project and Project Web App scheduling experienceStrong communications skills with the ability to work with the functional areas toidentify and maintain all schedule tasks and dependenciesRun schedule reviews to monitor, analyze, and report performance against baseline schedulesCreate the outline for the Programme Master Plan, identify the structure and supporting documents, provide templates, and compile inputs from the functional areasStrong technical writing skills
Proficient in EnglishWrite clearly, brief effectively, and communicate professionally to draft program documentation that supports the activities to higher-level managementDevelop and sustain a plan that captures, in time block increments, iPO initiatives and investmentsIdentify and administer Programme input to Capability Programme PlansDe-conflict, identify dependencies, and integrate planning documents and briefingsManage the Programme Risk and Opportunity registerDocument risks related to program objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create contingency plansMonitor implementation of risk mitigation strategies ensuring alignment with program goalsProvide regular risk reports to program leadership and stakeholders, highlighting high-priority risks and recommended actionsSupport the Programme Coordinator with PMO tasking'sAdminister and follow up on the Programme action list
Take and distribute meeting minutes ensuring action items are documentedMonitor and follow up action items ensuring timely completion and communication.Basic Qualifications.
Excellent written and verbal English language skills sufficient for effective communications of complex topics with senior level leaders across the NATO communityBachelor of Science degree with 12+ years of relevant system-of-systems engineering experience; or a master’s degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experienceActive Secret security clearance.Advanced soft skills and emotional intelligence to deal with high complexity, political influence, and a multi-cultural work environment.Leadership traits developed in an international work environment, self-motivation, and an orientation towards results through the relentless pursuit of continuous improvementExperience transforming raw data bytes into structured, insightful informationA mature and compelling vision, along with an in-depth understanding of technical principles, theories, and concepts, for how to create a data centric system-of-systems capability for advanced command and control of a globally deployed and federated asset basePreferred Qualifications.
Data science skills and knowledgeRPA and / or other automation experience / skillsetsCertification by Azure Data Engineer, IBM Data Engineering, Data Science Council of America (DASCA), etc.Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as python, SQL, etc.Experience mentoring and developing junior team membersExpertise in Artificial Intelligence technologies such as ML, NLP, Expert Systems, etc.Proficiency in mathematical, algorithmic, and / or statistical analysis methods and toolsProcess optimization and automation experienceC2 domain knowledge in the aerospace defense sectorOriginal Posting :

Pay Range :
Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
