IT Project Manager (FR / EN)

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an IT Project Manager - IS / IT Demand Manager to join our teams and work on client projects located in Hertal AND Tubize.

As an IS / IT Demand Manager , your main responsibilities will include :

• Gathering IS / IT demands from department leaders through regular meetings and clear communication
• Refining, analyzing, and structuring requests to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with technical and strategic priorities
• Coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure proper planning and execution of IS / IT requests
• Providing clear and consistent communication on the status of ongoing requests
• Creating detailed action plans and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and organizational impact
• Proactively following up with team members to obtain feedback and ensure timely task completion
• Identifying process improvements and implementing best practices to optimize demand management
