As a Senior Business Analyst at Buildwise, you play a key role in understanding and optimizing business processes . You propose improvements that lead to greater efficiency , better collaboration , and a higher degree of automation . A major focus is supporting the transition to integrated workflows, with seamless data exchange between departments at its core.

One of your primary responsibilities is managing and expanding the functionalities of the CRM system (MS Dynamics). This system serves as the central source of customer data and supports not only customer interactions and processes but also strategic applications such as business development, building new partnerships, and managing events (trainings, technical committees, etc.). Additionally, specific enhancements are planned, such as integrations with existing systems like Hubspot, Odoo, and Genesys, as well as new functionalities like supporting video recordings on construction sites to handle contractor inquiries more efficiently.

Responsibilities :

  • Requirement Gathering :

You are responsible for identifying business requirements, focusing on the needs arising from the digital transformation that Buildwise is undergoing. In the initial phase, your focus will be on CRM, with the main project being the expansion of the current CRM system’s functionalities (not only for customer support but also for business development). Over time, your role will extend beyond CRM alone.

  • Business Process Insights :

    • You gain an in-depth understanding of cross-departmental processes and provide recommendations to improve these processes.

  • Detailed Business Analysis :

    • You conduct thorough business analyses, identifying problems, opportunities, and solutions for Buildwise. You document business needs to optimize or introduce new business processes.

  • Specification Translation :

    • You translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring the delivery of the final solution and continuous improvement.

  • Proactive Improvements :

    • You proactively work on improvements that add value to the company.

  • Streamlining Processes :

    • In collaboration with process owners, you analyze, simplify, and streamline processes, contributing to further standardization. Additionally, you map IT processes as part of this effort.

  • Digitalization Projects :

    • You support the execution of various digitization projects, taking on the role of Project Manager. You monitor project progress, focusing on scope and timelines, ensuring everything stays within the agreed parameters. You organize follow-up meetings, maintain contacts with partners, and manage projects using tools such as Jira.

  • Tool Implementation :

    • You ensure the smooth implementation of tools within the organization (testing, training, communication, etc.).

  • Digitalization Ambassador :

    • You act as an ambassador for digital transformation within the organization.

    Profile

    Experience and Background

  • You have five to ten years of work experience as a business or functional analyst in the development of complex business applications, such as CRM.
  • You have experience as a business or functional analyst in the areas of digital transformation, data management, and BI.
  • You possess extensive process knowledge and have experience with process modeling.
  • You are capable of identifying and mapping out the needs of the business.
  • You understand the organization’s objectives, can think strategically, identify opportunities, and propose improvements.
  • You are a team player, a bridge builder, have strong analytical skills, and maintain a helicopter view.
  • You are passionate about Agile methodologies and are driven to further implement this way of working within the organization.
  • You engage in open dialogue with various stakeholders, both within the team and externally.
