FM TECHNICIAN OPERATIONS SERVICES (M / F)

The Technician Operations Services (m / f) provides repair and technical assistance for the TRAXX HLE17 locomotives at the SNCB site in Benelux.

Responsibilities :

• Ensuring the availability of the rolling stock through telephone permanence.
• Carry out troubleshooting during warranty period as well as pre-warranty & commissioning (and validation & certification if applicable), including investigation and repair.
• Identifying and rectifying faults in accordance with safety regulations.
• Guaranteeing and optimizing the execution of the interventions by means of self-checking and functional tests.
• Analyzing information and carrying out necessary corrective measures.
• Performing administrative tasks (ordering parts, drawing up intervention reports, organizing daily tasks in consultation with customers).
• Training in electrical installation technique / electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting, testing, commissioning is a plus.
• Knowledge of electricity, air conditioning, pneumatics, or hydraulics.
• Business trips are to be expected.
• Essential skills include autonomy, customer friendliness, inquisitiveness, and a sense of initiative.
• Fluency in Dutch and French; knowledge of English / German is a plus.
