As Quality Manager Benelux, you ensure continuous improvement in quality management systems, meeting customer, authority, and certification requirements.

Part of the ECA Quality management team, you work cross-functionally to address Feed to Food Safety and Quality (FSQ), share best practices, and lead a QA team to meet quality targets. Profiel Responsibilities :

The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring internal Quality plans and programs for the relevant markets they serve, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

They will ensure compliance with desired internal and external quality levels for products, processes, and services, including full adherence to Food Safety (HACCP) and Food Defense standards, and maintain all necessary certificates to meet global and local standards.

The Benelux Quality Manager is an expert in Quality Management and Feed to Food Safety, with strong communication and training skills to foster a quality culture across sites and business units, ensuring all team members understand their role in quality performance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in food / animal science, biology, chemistry, veterinary, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in leading Quality Assurance in food / feed safety, chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural, or related industries.

Knowledge of quality management systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, GFSI standards).

Experience in team management, leadership, and delegation.

Fluent in English; Dutch highly preferred.

Role Expectations :

Lead a team in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, analytical services, and Regulatory Affairs.

Serve as the main contact for certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
