Description
- You are responsible for the secretariat of the Commercial Regulated Directorate, a position that requires a great deal of organization and planning in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines
- You will ensure optimal management of the agenda of the director and his staff, planning internal and external meetings and appointments and organizing business trips at home and abroad
- You manage priorities efficiently and proactively ensure that all meetings are well prepared
- You play a key role in information coordination within the various teams involved in interdepartmental projects
- You anticipate the needs of the director and always demonstrate the necessary sense of urgency, common sense, integrity and discretion in processing sometimes confidential information
Profile
You hold a Bachelor Management Assistant or in another administrative fieldYou have more than 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position within a demanding environmentYou have strong organizational skills, are flexible and like to take initiativeYou have a strong sense of customer orientation and great adaptabilityYou are accurate with an eye for detailYou have an open mind, collaborate well and communicate wellYou are fluent in Dutch and French and you have a very good knowledge of English, both spoken and writtenYou have a good knowledge of the MS Office package.
