We currently have over 3,000 bedrooms in our portfolio spread between Brussels, New York, Paris, Madrid & Luxembourg among others.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Operational Innovator : Continuously challenge and improve systems like ticketing and maintenance processes to enhance member experience and operational efficiency.
  • Compliance and Safety Protector : Ensure properties are compliant with all local housing regulations, safety standards, and maintain up-to-date certifications.
  • Team Leader : Lead and mentor local property teams, providing training and support to ensure alignment with company goals and maintaining high standards.
  • Property Operations Champion : Oversee the daily operations of co-living spaces, ensuring everything runs smoothly, is safe, and fully compliant with regulations.
  • Product Quality Custodian : Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring properties meet cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards, while proactively addressing wear and tear.
  • Cost Efficiency Guru : Find creative ways to optimize property-related costs, including energy, maintenance, and cleaning, to maximize our NOI margins.

What we’re looking for :

  • Experience expert : 5-10 years in property management, real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Operational pro : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing operations and maintaining property quality.
  • Cost-saving strategist : Expertise in budget management, cost control, and finding creative ways to optimize operational expenses.
  • Compliance & safety champion : Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and best practices for property compliance.
  • Leader & team player : Proven ability to lead teams, provide guidance, and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Tech-savvy : Familiarity with property management software, ticketing systems, and budget management tools.
