FunctieomschrijvingAs technician you are assigned in the factory for electromechanical maintenance , taking into account compliance with quality, safety, environmental and health policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Compulsory participation in the daily work allocation discussion (5 minutes of safety)
  • Carrying out active, corrective and periodic maintenance work according to the schedule and maintenance planning
  • Determines what resources are needed to perform the assigned tasks (spare parts, materials, services, inputs)
  • Properly use the resources entrusted to you (tools and assigned equipment), in accordance with good workmanship
  • Inform the supervisor of the progress of the planned work, of all deviations observed in the work tasks
  • Return spare parts, components and materials originating from a plant modification or repair to the warehouse for proper classification or final disposal
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for improvement in the execution of maintenance
  • Follow the 5S methodology during your work

Profiel

  • Technical studies Engineering or specific studies related to the position
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production , maintenance related functions or as a troubleshooting technician
  • Advanced skills in Pneumatics, Hydraulics
  • Basic skills in PLC (Simatic, Rockwell), basic skills in robots (Kuka, ABB), industrial instrumentation (sensors and actuators)
  • Advanced skills in electricity, low & medium voltage and basic skills in high voltage
  • Good knowledge of 5S
  • Knowledge English
  • Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently, finding the root cause(analyses)
