- Manage the entire recruitment process, from preselection to offer negotiation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted partner.
Profile :
Proven experience in IT recruitment, with particular expertise in sourcing and talent selection.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of customer service.Fluency in French and English, German would be an additional advantage.Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.What We Offer :
