Head of Product & Partnerships

Your Role

As Head of Product and Partnerships , you will define how our products evolve and build strong, sustainable partnerships that further strengthen Hawaiian. You will have the freedom to develop and implement our product strategy while also laying the foundation for your own team in the future. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to the growth and positioning of Hawaiian! You will report directly to the CEO.

What will you do?

Develop & implement product strategy : Define a clear vision for our products and translate it into a well-structured roadmap.

Build strategic partnerships : Identify and cultivate partnerships that support product development, innovation, and business growth.

Spot trends & drive innovation : Keep an eye on market trends and translate new insights into concrete product improvements or new offerings.

Turn strategy into reality : Ensure that great ideas don’t just stay on paper but are effectively implemented in our restaurants. To achieve this, you will work closely with our Operations team and be supported by our Marketing team.

Build your own team : Over time, you will take the lead in setting up a strong Product and Partnerships team.

Who are you?

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree , preferably in business, marketing, food, or hospitality.

You have several years of experience in product management or business development, ideally in the food industry, FMCG, or hospitality.

You are strategically strong , but you also enjoy the hands-on execution of projects.

You are entrepreneurial, driven , and have a keen eye for opportunities.

You have an analytical mindset and experience in setting up pricing strategies, category management, and more .

You know how to build and negotiate sustainable partnerships with suppliers or external partners.

You collaborate smoothly across different teams and can convince people of your vision .

You are fluent in Dutch and English . Knowledge of French is a plus!
