Project Engineer

Your Responsibilities :

• You identify optimization projects related to existing processes.
• You carry out the necessary preparation and analysis, taking into account all relevant aspects : cost, return on investment, productivity, safety, etc.
• Once approved, you coordinate these challenging projects. From assembling the project team and task distribution to budget management, monitoring execution, and final delivery (on time, within budget, and to the expected quality).
• You coach and guide colleagues involved in your projects.
• In addition to these diverse projects, you also act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the implementation of new films and packaging materials, taking on a coordinating role between operations, maintenance, and engineering.
• You are also technically and operationally responsible for the optical scanners. For their maintenance and configuration, you can rely on a team of experienced staff.
• Safety is your top priority. You ensure the correct application of safety procedures and address any safety issues that arise during project execution and delivery.
• Throughout all of this, you build close cooperation with the maintenance and operations managers of the relevant departments.
