The creation of a short line between demand, innovation, development up to production and processing is prior to them.

In order to further strengthen their marketing department they created a new role for a Product Manager.

Description de l'emploi

In this role you will set up and drive an innovative product management vision & strategy. You will secure support towards your key internal stakeholders, Research & Development and Sales & Marketing, resulting in further growth and market presence for PCS Innotec on an international scale.

• You assure a strong product leadership, for all key industries on an international scale, by ensuring market introduction programs for all new innovative products are in place. Therefore you work in close collaboration with the Innotec R&D Team to follow up on all new product development activities.
• You will gather information and analyse the international market to ensure the necessary insights are in place regarding competitors, assortment & category, innovations, market demand, pricing… supporting the go to market - strategy.
• You will provide support to the Sales Team maximizing profits and margins, while considering consumer and market demand.
• Together with the Innotec sales team you will set up marketing steered training programs in the Innotec Academy securing high level product information and specifications while enhancing knowledge sharing.
• You will align with your (pan European) counter peers from Marketing on a regular basis.
• In this role you will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
