Description

  • You will work with account managers to handle credit applications within the entrepreneurial target market.
  • You work dynamically with account managers, asking the right questions and analyzing financial information to assess customers' creditworthiness.
  • You negotiate with account managers and customers to reach consensus on the final credit proposal.
  • You systematically monitor existing credit files and discuss financial risks, implementing changes when necessary.
  • You show strong interest in the industry, keeping a close eye on it and reviewing developments against our client's credit strategy.
  • You question processes and make proactive proposals for improvements, initiating projects in consultation with the credit management team.

Profile

The ideal candidate :

  • Possesses a master's degree or at least a bachelor's degree in an economics major, supplemented by at least 5 years of experience in lending.
  • Communicates clearly and has strong negotiation skills.
  • Possesses an analytical mindset and can report information in an efficient, structured and concise manner.
  • Has knowledge of legal and tax issues associated with lending.
  • Is eager to learn, shows initiative and has a strong interest in digitalization.
  • Is willing to invest in personal growth within this expertise-oriented position.
  • Is an enthusiastic team player with an optimistic attitude, which makes him / her a valuable addition to the team.
  • Is fluent in the Dutch language in speech and writing, and has a passing knowledge of French.
