Qualifications

What You’ll Bring :

• Proven QA Leadership : Hands-on experience in quality assurance or quality engineering leadership, with expertise in setting up and optimizing QA practices for technology delivery projects.
• Strategic Mindset : Ability to grasp complex environments, strategies, and release processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Communication Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Language Proficiency : Fluent in English and Dutch,  French is a plus.

Onsite Presence : Ability to work onsite at the Brussels office twice a week.

Bonus :

Experience working with offshore teams.
