Experience in recruitment, sourcing, pre-screening (by phone) and selection interviews within a corporate organization is an asset. Experience in using skills and personality questionnaires (SHL), employer branding or project management is a plus. - You are in daily contact with candidates and your business; you communicate fluently and your 'customers' receive the best service.
- Your analytical skills as a recruiter are reflected in the selection interviews with attention to psychometric tests (SHL).
- A positive candidate experience is your top priority, you guide your candidates from first contact to contract negotiation to onboarding
- You take initiatives to strengthen the company's presence on social networks and proactively use digital tools to find the talent.
- You participate in transversal Talent projects and you get energy from actively participating in continuous improvements and projects
