As a Field Service Representative, you will be a professional service provider in the water treatment industry. You’ll be providing on-site services for our customers sites. The following activities are a guideline; others can be part of the job scope.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of safety on the job
- Follow-up the daily operation and carrying out preventive maintenance tasks at customer
site
First line trouble shooting - working time flexibility can be required & callout periodCommissioning and starting up of mobile (temporary) water treatment equipmentAct as technical consultant and liaison with customer management and technicalcounterparts
Organization and preparation of the technician activities on siteCarrying out equipment assembly, as requiredInternal and customer reporting / Data processingContractor supervision if requiredParticipation in piloting and field trials when requiredParticipating in the local team meetings to share best practicesParticipating with the team at the call-out (mainly remote)Qualifications
Qualifications / Requirements
Electro-Mechanical or Chemical background (bachelor / master or equivalent)Minimum of 3-5 years of plant or maintenance experience, preferably connected to watertreatment
Skills and Abilities
Service mentality (hands-on!), customer focusLanguage : French - English (Dutch as option)Strong communications skills (written, verbal, and listening)Familiarity with water treatment processes and applications is appreciatedStrong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and business acumen - results orientedAbility to be a team playerSelf-initiative and motivation with the ability to work independentlyStrong organizational skillsInformations supplémentaires
