This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of commercial disputes and litigation cases , in a professional and supportive environment that values collaboration and growth.

Your main responsibilities :

Advising clients on commercial disputes, litigation strategies, and contract-related matters .
Work on a diverse range of litigation and commercial law cases , under the guidance of senior lawyers.
Provide clear, pragmatic, and business-oriented legal advice to clients.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on market developments , ensuring that advice remains current and relevant.
Contribute to a collaborative and efficient team environment , actively participating in case preparation and strategy.

Your profile :

Belgian Master of Laws (LL.M. is a plus, but not required) .

1 junior (1 – 3 years) and 1 medior (3 to 5 years) of experience in Commercial & Litigation .

Fluent in Dutch , with a good knowledge of French and an excellent command of English .

A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset , with strong analytical and legal research skills .

A team player who values collaboration and contributes positively to the work environment.
