Wipro is urgently looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead for a temporary contract. As a Salesforce Technical Lead you help clients to achieve business value using Salesforce : you are a trusted advisor and leader who partners with business stakeholders and executives to design and implement a vision and architecture for the Salesforce Platform.

Your Role :

  • You take the lead on technical activities on a Salesforce program, propose best practices and focus on adding value.
  • You ensure that out-of-the-box capabilities and configurations are maximized. You bring your experience when developments are required and ensure high quality deliverables.
  • The role requires a good business acumen and a deep technical Salesforce product knowledge (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud) and knowledge about available solutions to integrate Salesforce with other applications.
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations is required, including requirements gathering, technical workshops, testing, migrating configurations between environments and managing releases.
  • Oversee programmatic elements, integration, data migration throughout the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Partner with the Functional Lead to design, document, and implement Salesforce solutions that aligns with business needs, project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges.
  • Lead and coordinate technical workshops.
  • Translate client requirements into effective Salesforce solutions by leveraging your deep knowledge of the platform and best practices.
  • Create technical deliverables such as integration design documents.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Participate in testing, training, and post-implementation support to ensure the successful adoption of the Salesforce platform.

Your Profile :

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • Expert in multiple Salesforce applications, ideally : Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Public Sector Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and of integrations, single sign-on, security, etc. (MuleSoft, Apigee, Informatica, other API management or ETL tools are a plus).
  • Hands-on design and development of customized components (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front end web technologies).
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, or similar).
  • Experience with international and virtual teams.
  • Consulting skills : ability to guide customers in making the best decisions in their context. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders to get to the desired outcome.
  • Self-starter, accountable and meeting commitments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, colleagues and with Salesforce.
  • Pre-sales experience for proposals and demos for prospects.
  • Knowledge of the Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch or Flemish and English is mandatory.
