This role will involve supporting stakeholders and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions during the Think, Build, and Run phases. RoleThink : Translate executive-level needs into actionable initiatives aligned with enterprise architecture.Convert strategic changes into projects and analyze their impacts.Define high-level IT requirements for further detailing by functional analysts.Build : Manage projects and ensure requirements translate into technical solutions.Support testing, change management, and SLA / OLA drafting.Train trainers and provide input for user manuals. Run : Acquire technical knowledge of applications in your domain.Contribute to the evolution of enterprise architecture and promote best practices.Deliver post-go-live support and identify improvements.Mentor analysts and stay updated on ICT trends and advancements. ProfileMaster's degree or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.Expertise in ICT analysis methods and business-critical processes.Experience in Service Desk ICT, request management, M365 / O365 solutions, and workplace solutions.Knowledge of workflow management (ServiceNow) and identity and access management (SailPoint IdentityNow).Strategic and conceptual thinking with a keen eye for opportunities.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilitiesPragmatic, proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven.Motivating leadership skills.Proficient in Dutch or French, with a good passive understanding of the other national language and a strong command of English.
