Function information

As Logistics Supervisor at Mowi , you will be the linchpin of the logistics process. Your responsibilities include :

  • Leadership and Planning : You will coordinate the transport and order planner, warehouse staff (in two shifts), and administrative colleagues, ensuring efficient staff scheduling.
  • Warehouse and Processes : You will manage internal and external warehouse operations while continuously improving profitability, quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Collaboration and Coaching : Together with the Operations Manager, you will set priorities, guide employees, and encourage their development.
  • Reporting : You will define logistics KPIs and report results to management.

Requirements

Mowi is seeking a team player with leadership skills who matches the following profile :

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • At least two years of leadership experience in a logistics environment.
  • Knowledge of systems like HACCP, GMP, and BRC / IFS.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • A hands-on mindset and proficiency in MS Office.
