What will you be doing?

As a Fleet Officer, you’ll be the go-to person for everything related to our company vehicles. You’ll work closely with colleagues, leasing partners, and suppliers to ensure our fleet runs like a well-oiled machine.

• Coordinating the   car selection and ordering process : from requesting quotes to placing orders and updating our systems.
• Managing incoming invoices and ensuring everything is processed accurately and on time.
• Creating  clear, insightful reports  on fleet costs, sustainability, HR data, and mobility budgets.
• Overseeing the  home charging process : from device distribution to installation follow-up and troubleshooting.
• Acting as the central contact  for leasing companies, dealers, insurers, and body shops.
• Keeping a close eye on data quality and making sure our internal fleet documentation is always up to date.
