THE JOB : In the role of
E-commerce Trainee, you will work together with the E-commerce channel leads
who are subject matter of experts which will allow you to grow RHG but also
yourself to an E-commerce professional. You will be supporting the E-commerce
team with day-to-day activities which includes channels such as Display, SEO,
SEM, Meta Search, Affiliates & Analytics. During this internship, you will
also develop and use your digital marketing skills to grow the traffic and
revenue for various hotel brands that the Radisson Hotel Group operates across
EMEA. Motivation, drive and general interest in Digital marketing &
E-commerce are a must and a general interest in the travel industry is beneficial.
DURATION : 6 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
the channel leads with the day-to-day E-commerce operations
and execute specific Digital Marketing campaigns
meetings and sessions to ensure digital marketing projects and campaigns
are correctly executed
data (Analytics) and discuss together with the channel leads how to grow
visitors using our digital channels
the E-commerce Director on project management and various tasks
A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE :
are enrolled in a school program (internship contract required)
have experience & knowledge with channels such as SEO, SEM, Meta
Search, Affiliates, Display & Analytics
are very motivated & eager to learn
are a generalist (not channel expert but more an overall capable person)
are studying Marketing or Digital marketing
are good with data and quantitative analysis
are familiar with Microsoft office, specifically Excel
to play an active role within the Trainee Scheme here at Radisson CSO
