About the Challenge As a Project Officer at Toreon, you are more than just a support role. You will play a crucial role in planning and following up on ethical hacking assignments and penetration tests, as well as helping organize international training sessions. Additionally, you will manage the commercial aspects of projects and contribute to the documentation and improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS). You are essential to the success of our projects by ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to Toreon's high standards. What will you do? Project Management of Ethical Hacking and Penetration Tests (60%) : You will be responsible for planning, following up, and organizing ethical hacking assignments and penetration tests, from start to finish. Operational Support (40%) : You will manage the commercial and administrative aspects of projects, ensuring everything is properly tracked and stays on schedule. This also includes project documentation and compliance with quality standards. Professional Skills Strong organizational skills : You are capable of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. Excellent communication : You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English. French is a plus. Multitasking and analytical thinking : You manage multiple projects simultaneously and think strategically about process improvements. Technical affinity : Experience with project management tools and a basic knowledge of cybersecurity are a plus. Education Relevant master's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. Recent graduates with the right drive and ambition are welcome to apply. Knowledge of ISO9001 is a plus, but not required.
