Description
- You are the team leader of a team of 3 people, whom you coordinate and support. Together, you will be responsible for invoicing the Group's Belgian companies.
- You are responsible for the completeness and control of invoicing data.
- You are also responsible for the accounting side of your department : you translate sales into the accounts.
- You collaborate with the various financial departments (AP, GL, Treasury) for the purposes of monthly accounting closings.
- You review accounts receivable in collaboration with your team (payments, reimbursements, reminders, etc.).
- You will prepare reports for internal and external customers, ensure that deadlines are met, and play an active role in various projects.
- You will identify opportunities for improvement, digitization and automation of tasks within the team in a constantly changing environment.
