Business Development Manager - BNL & DACH to drive technical sales, client acquisition, and market expansion in the industrial packaging sector. Our client is a leading industrial packaging solutions provider, specializing in eco-friendly solutions for protective packaging, load securing, and transit solutions. Operating in Europe, the company serves all type of industries such as luxury, automotive, manufacturing, logistics, furniture, electronics, offering customized, sustainable alternatives to traditional plastic-based packaging. With advanced manufacturing facilities and a strong distribution network, it delivers innovative, high-performance solutions tailored to industrial needs. In order to sustain their growth, they are currently looking to extend their team in Belgium with a Business Development Manager - focusing on Benelux & DACH region. As the successful International Business Development Manager - Industrial Packaging - BNL & DACH, you will have the following responsibilities : 1. Sales & Business Development : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share in Benelux, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Identify and engage new B2B prospects, including industrial manufacturers, logistics providers, and distributors. Conduct market research to uncover emerging opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. 2. Client Relationship Management : Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Understand customer needs and provide tailored packaging solutions that optimize protection, cost efficiency, and sustainability. Conduct regular client visits, follow up on inquiries, and offer technical support to facilitate decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts. 3. Sales Operations & Negotiation : Handle the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and quotation to contract negotiation and closing deals. Work closely with the technical and production teams to ensure feasibility and customization of solutions. Prepare and deliver price studies, proposals, and presentations to clients. 4. Collaboration & Internal Coordination : Coordinate with the design and engineering team to develop innovative packaging solutions that meet client specifications. Provide insights and feedback to the R&D team on market trends and customer demands for future product development. As the successful International Business Development Manager - Industrial Packaging - BNL & DACH, you will have the following requirements : A Master Degree in Business Management or Technical field - or equivalent by experience At least 5y. of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or technical solutions. Fluent in German, English, and Dutch (French is a plus). Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to foster long-term client partnerships. Self-motivated and autonomous, with excellent time management and organizational abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region for client visits and trade events.
