As Assistant Private Banker in the Brussels’ team, you proactively provide daily administrative, operational and commercial support to Relationship Managers (Private Bankers) in order to serve our clients in a spirit of excellence.
Responsibilities
ORGANIZE AND DOCUMENT INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMER MEETINGS
- Organize client / prospect meetings (internal and external)
- Prepare client / prospect meetings by ensuring that the Private Banker has all the documents and information useful for the smooth running of the meeting (reporting, update on current operations, monitoring of suspensions, verifications and regularization of all types…)
- Participate in certain client meetings at the request of the Private Banker, and within the framework of his responsibilities
- Ensure preparation and follow-up afterwards on client contracts (e.g. portfolio management contracts, lending contracts, …)
PROCESS INSTRUCTIONS AND SERVICE REQUESTS FROM CUSTOMERS
Enter and / or validate (i.e. transaction controls) in the Bank's systemExecution and documentation of MIFID tests (A test and TM test)Encoding of telephone contacts and customer visits in system toolsTransmit the control evidence and the original order for archiving according to the defined nomenclatureOPENING, MAINTENANCE AND CLOSING OF CLIENT ACCOUNTS
Prepare account opening / closing actionsCarry out administrative monitoring of account openings / closings and prepare the necessary elements for the account opening committeesCommunicate to the support teams the configuration of reporting and pricing conditions and monitor their implementationCarry out requests for changes to account identification, prepare MiFID / ESG algorithmsIn conjunction with the person responsible for the physical archiving of files, ensure the classification of all documents and customer information.CLIENT FOLLOW-UP
Check the consistency of postal addresses, emails and telephone numbers in the system and request the necessary corrections.Respond to customer requests and transmit information to bankers and relationship managersSupport the customer in their activities related to e-bankingSupport the private banker with his yearly KYC review activitiesCOMPLIANCE AND PERSONAL CONDUCT
Know and apply the banking rules and other regulations applicable to its customers in the target marketsFollows all internal and external training offered and suggested by the Bank as part of mandatory trainingProfile, Degree & Experience
