Job Description

Wooclap is seeking a Global Marketing Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives across global education markets . This pivotal role focuses on coordinating marketing strategies to achieve deep market penetration, from analyzing market potential to forging strategic partnerships that boost lead generation .

Responsibilities and Duties

Market Sizing and Strategic Alignment

  • Market Potential Analysis : Perform comprehensive TAM, SAM, and SOM analyses to pinpoint market opportunities.
  • Strategic Targeting : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to focus marketing efforts on targeted market segments, leveraging detailed strategic lists.

Partnership Development and Benchmarking

  • Strategic Partnerships : Identify and develop relationships with key players in the education sector, including leveraging partnerships secured by the Strategic Partnership Director.
  • Co-Marketing Initiatives : Craft and execute joint marketing plans with partners to maximise lead generation and market reach.
  • Operational Coordination and Local Initiatives

  • Global Marketing Plan Oversight : Ensure robust global marketing plans support lead generation objectives for the education vertical.
  • Marketing Plan Execution : Implement and adapt global marketing strategies across all regions, maintaining alignment with local market dynamics.
  • Local Initiatives : Serve as the primary contact for Country Heads, supporting and guiding local marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration and Support

  • Collaborate with Content and Growth marketers to ensure a cohesive approach that aligns with overall plan and objectives.

    Preferred Experience

    A minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing , preferably within the SaaS and EdTech sectors.

    Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

    Fluent in English ; proficiency in French / Spanish / Italian is an added advantage.

    Demonstrates a highly analytical and strategic mindset , capable of conducting thorough market research and translating insights into actionable strategies.

    Possesses a strong passion for education and educational technology, ideally with previous experience in the EdTech industry.

    Strong communication abilities, adept at navigating complex partnerships and internal collaborations.

    Exhibits a creative business acumen, skilled in identifying opportunities and leveraging partnerships to generate leads and business outcomes.
