What you will do

As the Operations Lead, you will manage and elevate our global Customer Success and Supply Chain teams, spanning various OTIV products. This key role involves scaling our supply chain processes and overseeing customer installation, support, and service to ensure seamless operations and lasting customer satisfaction.

You will be a member of the leadership team, collaborating closely with Sales and Tech leads to craft and execute a long-term operational strategy that fuels OTIV’s global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow Customer Success and Supply Chain teams.
  • Oversee installation planning, product installations, and maintenance.
  • Gather product feedback and identify feature needs to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics.
  • Develop a long-term operations strategy that surpasses customer requirements and supports global growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in operations management
  • Proven success in operational leadership within a high-growth tech or hardware company / Startup.
  • Strong hardware knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Technical curiosity and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience in scaling product roll-outs is nice to have
  • Having experience in rail, automotive, or aerospace industries is a storng plus
  • Familiarity with railway standards is a strong plus
  • Fluent – and professional – English, both written and spoken
